MCP Server — ask Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor about your business, and let them do the busywork

You already ask an AI assistant to draft emails and summarise documents. But when the question is "how much of this do we have, and is more on the way?", it has nothing to go on, so you end up copying numbers out of SKU.io by hand. The new MCP Server connects SKU.io to the assistant you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any other assistant that supports MCP connectors. Add one link, sign in to SKU.io, and the assistant answers from your live products, stock, orders and purchase orders. If you allow it, it can also do the routine work, such as drafting a purchase order or recording a supplier invoice.

SKU.io for n8n — a verified node for your n8n workflows

If your team automates with n8n, connecting it to SKU.io used to mean building every step by hand: an HTTP request for each call, a token pasted into headers, and a webhook wired up separately for each event. SKU.io now has its own node in n8n. Search for SKU in the nodes panel, install it, connect your account once, and your workflows can start the moment something happens in SKU.io and create or find SKU.io records from any other step. The node carries n8n's verified badge, so it installs on n8n Cloud as well as on your own n8n server.

Zapier Integration & Outbound Webhooks — connect SKU.io to thousands of apps

Until now, getting data out of SKU.io meant polling the API, exporting spreadsheets, or asking a developer to build something custom. Want a Slack message when goods are received? A Google Sheets row for every new sales order? A customer added to your email tool the moment they first buy? Each one was a mini engineering project. SKU.io now has a native Zapier integration, powered by a new outbound webhooks platform — when something happens in SKU.io, SKU.io tells the outside world about it, in real time. Connect the official SKU.io app on Zapier — now live in the Zapier App Directory in beta — and build those automations in minutes, or point a webhook at your own endpoint and build anything you like.

Agentic Skills — teach AI agents to run SKU through your API

AI agents are getting genuinely useful — but pointing one at a platform with thousands of API endpoints is a slow, error-prone start. The agent has to rediscover which endpoint does what, what fields it needs, and how the pieces fit, every single time. So teams end up rebuilding the same integration glue over and over. Agentic Skills fixes that. It's a new open-source library of ready-made skills — curated playbooks that tell an AI agent exactly how to accomplish a real business task in SKU: which endpoints to call, in what order, with which fields, plus the e-commerce context to get it right. Point your agent at a skill and it just works.
