TikTok Shop payouts — every deposit posts to your books, to the cent
TikTok Shop pays you about once a week, and each payment covers a week of daily statements full of sales, refunds, referral and transaction fees, shipping labels, affiliate commissions and ads charges. Booking each order as its own invoice never matches what lands in your bank, and TikTok's reserve and negative balance make it worse: money TikTok holds back, or takes back from a later payout, ends up looking like a fee or a shortfall. TikTok Shop payouts fixes that. SKU.io reads every payment straight from TikTok and posts it as one sales invoice and one fee bill that add up to the deposit to the cent. It works like Shopify, eBay, Walmart and Temu payouts, so every channel now reconciles the same way.
✨ What this means for you:
- Every TikTok deposit becomes one sales invoice and one fee bill that together match your bank statement exactly.
- Nothing to type in. SKU.io imports TikTok's payments and statement lines every day.
- Sales are booked in full, and each kind of fee goes to its own account: referral and transaction fees, shipping labels, affiliate commissions and TikTok ads.
- TikTok's reserve and negative balance go to a balance-sheet account you choose, so they're never counted as revenue or a fee.
- Orders you already invoiced one by one before switching aren't booked twice: their sales post to a clearing account instead.
- You pick the start date, so deposits your books already cover are never posted again.
- Each payout shows where it stands, Posted, Pending or Held, with the reason when it can't post yet, and whether its deposit has been matched in your accounting software.
See every TikTok payout in one place
Open your TikTok Shop store's Finance tab. Payouts lists one row per payment: the payout date, its readiness, its accounting and deposit status, the amount deposited, and a summary of its sales, refunds, fees and shipping. Sync Payouts brings in anything TikTok has paid since the last sync.

Map each line type once
Under Payout Mappings, every kind of line on TikTok's statements gets an account: sales to your sales account, refunds to returns, TikTok's fees, labels and ads to your expense accounts, and the reserve and negative-balance lines to a balance-sheet clearing account. New kinds of line fall back to accounts you choose, so a payout is never held up by something TikTok adds later.

Where to find it
Go to Apps & Integrations, open TikTok Shop, choose your store and open the Finance tab. Map each line type to an account under Payout Mappings, map the reserve and negative balance to a balance-sheet account, set a start date, and switch the store to Per Payout.
