Walmart settlements — every deposit posts to your books and matches the bank
Walmart pays you every two weeks: one deposit for all your sales, minus commission, refunds, return-shipping charges and fees. Booking each order as its own invoice never adds up to what actually lands in your bank, so reconciling Walmart becomes a monthly chore of spreadsheets and adjusting entries. Walmart settlements fixes that. SKU.io imports Walmart's reconciliation report for every deposit and posts it to your books as one sales invoice and one fee bill that add up to the deposit to the cent. It works like Shopify and eBay payouts, so every channel now reconciles the same way.
✨ What this means for you:
- Every Walmart deposit becomes one invoice and one fee bill that match your bank statement exactly.
- Each kind of report line, including sales, refunds, commission, return-shipping charges and WFS storage fees, goes to the account you choose.
- A fallback account catches any new kind of line Walmart adds, so a settlement is never held up.
- You pick the start date, so settlements your books already cover are never posted twice.
- Each settlement shows where it stands: Posted, Pending or Held, with the reason when it can't post yet.
See every Walmart deposit in one place
Open your Walmart store's Finance tab. Settlements lists one row per deposit: the period it covers, its accounting status, the amount deposited, and a summary of sales, refunds, commission and fees. New settlements arrive every day, and Sync Settlements brings in any report you don't have yet.

Map Walmart's report lines to your accounts once
Under Settlement Mappings, two groups are ready from the start: Walmart Sales, posted as an invoice, and Walmart Fees, posted as a bill. Give each kind of report line an account and a group, such as sales to your sales account, and commission and fees to an expense. Then set a start date and switch the store to Per Settlement. From then on, every settlement posts on its own.

Know exactly what's behind every deposit
Open a settlement to see every check it has to pass, a summary that ends in the deposit, and the invoice and bill it posted. Those small deductions you couldn't explain, a few cents per deposit, show up clearly as Walmart's WFS storage fee, ready to map with your other fees.

Where to find it
Go to Apps & Integrations, open Walmart, choose your store and open the Finance tab. Settlements, Report Lines and Settlement Mappings are all there.
