ShipBob: Set up
Setup links your ShipBob account to SKU.io and tells SKU.io how to translate between the two systems. Read how the integration works first, then connect the account and do the mappings. Orders can't route to ShipBob until a fulfillment center is mapped to a warehouse.
Setup checklistβ
Work through these in order. Steps 1 to 5 are what it takes to go live.
- Connect ShipBob with a Personal Access Token.
- Map ShipBob fulfillment centers to warehouses, so orders route to ShipBob and its stock lands in the right warehouse.
- Map ShipBob shipping methods, and choose a fallback service.
- Map ShipBob products, so order lines and stock match. This page is in the Products and inventory section.
- Submit a test fulfillment order from a mapped warehouse. See Dispatch to a fulfillment provider.
- Optional: Turn on ShipBob billing.
