Magento 2
Connect your Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce) storefront with an integration access token from your Magento admin. Orders, products, customers, and payment transactions come in; shipments with tracking, stock levels from your MSI sources, and prices go out.
What moves each way
| Direction | What moves |
|---|---|
| In from Magento 2 | Orders, which become SKU.io sales orders. Unpaid orders follow your Unpaid Orders rule |
| In from Magento 2 | Your catalog, linked to your SKU.io products |
| In from Magento 2 | Customers and payment transactions, on their own tabs |
| Out to Magento 2 | Shipments with tracking for orders you ship. Magento emails the customer when a shipment is created |
| Out to Magento 2 | Stock levels, per MSI source mapped to a SKU.io warehouse |
| Out to Magento 2 | Prices, when SKU.io is the master of price |
Each import and send has its own switch under Settings → Sync. See Manage a connected app. Refunds are issued in Magento: the sales order's Refund on action tells you to refund there.
Where to find it
Go to Apps & Integrations, open Sales Channels, and choose Magento 2. Pick a connection to open its tabs: Dashboard, Orders, Fulfillments, Products, Inventory, Pricing, Customers, Transactions, Webhooks (each sync run and its result), Activity Log, and Settings.
