Faire
Faire is a wholesale marketplace: retailers order from your brand, and either you ship the orders (FBM, fulfillment by merchant) or Faire ships them from its own warehouse (FBF, fulfillment by Faire). Connect Faire to bring its orders and products in, and send tracking, stock, and prices out.
What moves each wayβ
| Direction | What moves |
|---|---|
| In from Faire | Orders, which become SKU.io sales orders. Faire's commission, payout fees, and covered shipping become financial lines on the order |
| In from Faire | Products and their options, linked to your SKU.io products |
| Out to Faire | Tracking for orders you ship yourself (FBM) |
| Out to Faire | Stock levels, when SKU.io is the master of stock (FBM only; FBF stock is read-only) |
| Out to Faire | Prices, when SKU.io is the master of price |
Faire orders are labeled with their source as a sub sales channel, such as marketplace orders and Faire Direct orders. Refunds are issued on Faire: the sales order's Refund on Faire action links you to the order there.
