ShipBob: Returns and receiving
Stock moves into ShipBob two ways besides your own orders: customers send parcels back, and suppliers deliver to a fulfillment center. ShipBob tracks the first as returns and the second as warehouse receiving orders (WRO). SKU.io brings both in as read-only lists, so you can follow them next to your orders and purchase orders without signing in to ShipBob.
You create returns and receiving orders in ShipBob, not in SKU.io. Nothing on these two tabs changes your SKU.io stock. ShipBob's counts reach SKU.io through the Inventory tab, and you decide when to correct SKU.io.
