Starshipit
Starshipit is a shipping app, popular in Australia and New Zealand, that prints labels across many couriers. The connection sends fulfillment orders out to Starshipit and brings tracking, delivery status, and shipping cost back, so the sales order closes and the tracking reaches your sales channel.
What moves each way
| Direction | What moves | When |
|---|---|---|
| Out to Starshipit | Fulfillment orders, with their items, total weight, and shipping method | When the fulfillment order is submitted, by hand or automatically for the warehouses you automate |
| In from Starshipit | Shipments, tracking numbers, and delivery status | Instantly through the webhook you set up in Starshipit, with checks every 30 minutes as a backstop |
| In from Starshipit | Shipping cost, recorded on the fulfillment | With the shipment |
| In from Starshipit | Order cancellations | A cancelled Starshipit order cancels its SKU.io fulfillment |
| In from Starshipit | A copy of your Starshipit orders | Nightly |
Starshipit holds no stock, so it doesn't receive your products or inventory. Shipping a Starshipit order deducts stock from the SKU.io warehouse it shipped from.
