ShipBob: Billing

ShipBob bills you for much more than freight: pick and packaging fees, fuel and peak surcharges, storage, receiving, and returns. Billing sync pulls every charge, credit, and payment ShipBob bills you. It puts each fee on the sales order, product, or purchase order that caused it, so your margins carry the real 3PL cost. Anything it can't tie to one of those is kept as visible overhead, so every ShipBob invoice still adds up to the cent.

Read how attribution works first, then turn billing on, check how each fee is mapped, and work the Bills and Invoices tabs.
