Pinnacle (MWD)

Pinnacle is the delivery platform run by Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery (MWD). Connect it under Apps & Integrations, and a warehouse that ships through Pinnacle registers every fulfillment order with MWD as a delivery, gets a tracking number back, and is marked shipped when MWD reports the pickup. Deciding which orders go to Pinnacle — and sending some shipping methods to a different provider — happens in the dispatch settings that every provider shares.
