ShipBob: Orders and shipping
When you submit a fulfillment order from a ShipBob warehouse, SKU.io creates an order in ShipBob. ShipBob picks, packs, and ships it, sometimes as several parcels from different fulfillment centers. Each parcel comes back to SKU.io as a shipment with tracking. These pages follow that round trip and cover what to do when it stalls or the order has to change.
