UNITS
A warehouse tycoon game. You start a candle business with one shelf in your parents' basement. Five chapters later you are running two warehouses through Prime Day.
Saves in your browser. Best on a laptop or desktop; it plays on a phone too.
How it plays
Plan the morning
Each day opens with a plan: what came in overnight, what is short, and the levers to fix it. Hire, order stock, build racks and tables, book temps, lease the bay next door.
Run the floor
Then the clock runs. Your crew pick, pack, ship and put away. Calls come in mid-day: a courier for a scent about to sell out, a push before 5pm, a recall.
Survive the big days
Every chapter ends in a graded event: a gift-guide feature, a creator's livestream unboxing, a coast-to-coast sale, and Prime Day. Ship 92% for an A.
Plus a rival brand called Wick Wick Boom, minigames (Count Day, Dock Duty, the Returns desk, Pour Night and more), daily challenges, and Relaxed, Standard and Hard modes.
Who made this
sku.io makes inventory and order management software, and the founder runs his own e-commerce business on it. UNITS started as a side project: a game built out of the problems operators kept describing on our calls. Shelves that say one thing while the rack says another. A pile in Receiving nobody has time to put away. A sale that shows up before the stock does.
None of it is a pitch. But if your own warehouse feels like Prime Day every day, the founder gives a 45-minute demo of how sku.io handles the real version.
Got three minutes instead of an hour? There are three short ones too.
