Support
Support tickets at sku.io don’t go to a call center. They go to the small team that builds the product — often the founder. If your issue needs a code change, it gets fixed in the codebase, and most fixes ship in days, not release cycles.
Read the documentation
The user documentation covers the platform end to end — setup, workflows, how each module behaves, and the release notes. Developers and AI agents get their own portal at developer.sku.io: the full API reference, quickstart guides, the API changelog, and agentic skills.
Open a ticket
Support lives inside SKU.io. Open Support in the left-hand menu, or press N on any page to raise a ticket with that page attached — every ticket anyone at your company has raised is there too.
You can also email support@sku.io from the address you sign in with. Describe what you expected and what actually happened, and include order numbers, SKUs, or screenshots where relevant. The more specific the ticket, the faster the answer.
