SKU.io for Walmart Marketplace

SKU.io is an approved Solution Provider for Walmart Marketplace. Sellers connect their Walmart Marketplace account to SKU.io from the Walmart Marketplace App Store, and SKU.io takes over the day-to-day work: publishing items, keeping inventory current, processing orders, sending tracking, handling returns and managing Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) shipments.
SKU.io is an operations system for e-commerce sellers. It holds your products, your stock by warehouse, your purchase orders and your costs, and Walmart Marketplace is one of the places that stock is sold. That is the difference between SKU.io and a listing tool. The number SKU.io sends to Walmart Marketplace comes from the same ledger that receives your purchase orders and ships your other orders.
Connecting your account
You connect from the Walmart Marketplace App Store, or from Integrations inside SKU.io. Authorization runs through Walmart Marketplace’s own sign-in, so SKU.io never sees your Walmart Marketplace password. If you disconnect, SKU.io deletes the access token it held.
Items
Publish products to Walmart Marketplace from the product record you already keep in SKU.io, including items with variations. Each product is mapped to a Walmart Marketplace category, and SKU.io shows which required attributes that category still needs before an item goes out.
Inventory
SKU.io publishes available stock to Walmart Marketplace from its own inventory ledger. You set the buffer per product, and stock held for other orders is subtracted before the number goes out. When a purchase order is received or an order ships, the published quantity follows.
Orders, shipping and tracking
Walmart Marketplace orders import into SKU.io and are acknowledged automatically. Full and partial shipments, and full and partial cancellations, are sent back to Walmart Marketplace. Carrier mapping and routing rules decide which warehouse or 3PL ships each order, and tracking goes to Walmart Marketplace when the shipment is created.
Walmart Fulfillment Services
For sellers who use WFS, SKU.io shows the stock WFS holds for you next to the stock in your own warehouses. It builds inbound shipment plans, sends them to WFS, tracks them, and reconciles what WFS received against what was shipped. A shortfall shows up as a line on the shipment instead of a surprise later.
Returns and refunds
Walmart Marketplace returns land in SKU.io’s returns inbox, matched to the original order, where you decide whether the item goes back to stock. Refunds are issued from SKU.io and sent to Walmart Marketplace, so the order, the refund and the inventory movement stay in one record.
Reports and settlements
SKU.io requests Walmart Marketplace reports on your behalf, including item, inventory and item performance reports, and imports settlement and payment statements, so Walmart Marketplace payouts can be reconciled against the orders they paid for.
