Download or share a brand report
Every brand report can leave SKU.io three ways: as an XLSX spreadsheet, as a PDF, or as a share link to a read-only web page. All three show the same brand-facing version of the report, so it's worth knowing what's in it and what's left out.
Before you begin
- You need the Brand Reports → Index permission to download a report, and Send to create or revoke share links.
Download the spreadsheet or PDF
- Open the report.
- Click XLSX or PDF at the top of the page.
You can also right-click a report on the Brand Reports list and choose Download XLSX or PDF.
The PDF is Letter size when the brand's timezone is in the Americas, and A4 otherwise.
Share a link
- Open the report and click Copy link. The link is copied to your clipboard.
- Paste it wherever you need it. Anyone with the link can open the report without signing in.
How share links behave:
- A link works for the number of days set under Link expires after on the brand's reporting settings (90 by default). After that, the page says the link has expired and shows nothing else.
- To stop a link working before then, choose Revoke share link from the report's ⋯ menu. The next Copy link makes a new one.
- The report header shows how many times the link has been opened.
- Shared pages aren't listed by search engines.
When you send a report with Share link ticked, the email carries the link in its message.
What the brand sees
The spreadsheet, PDF and shared page all contain these sections, in this order:
| Section | Columns |
|---|---|
| Headline totals | Account, brand and core sales, each with the prior period and the change |
| Sales by channel | Channel, Sales, Units, % vs prior, Share of brand, Listed products |
| Products | SKU, Product, Sales, Units, %, a sales column per channel, Listed on, On hand, FBA available, Inbound, Days in stock, Note |
| Marketplace detail (one per Amazon channel) | ASIN, SKU, Price, Sales, Units, %, MAP, Ours, Sellers, Buy Box, Rank, Note. With competition monitoring on, also Mkt $ (Est.), Mkt # (Est.), Mkt % (Est.) and Share (Est.) |
| MAP violations | ASIN, SKU, MAP, Lowest price, Sellers below MAP, Days below MAP |
| Insights & actions | The summary built from your confirmed notes |
| Listing quality (monthly) | ASIN, SKU, Score, Needs work, Audited, and the action items for listings below 70 |
| FBA inventory health (monthly) | The headline figures and FBA slowest movers |
What's left out, or changed, for the brand:
- Internal notes never appear, including duplicate-ASIN notes.
- With No MAP for this brand, there's no MAP column and no MAP violations section.
- With competition monitoring off, there are no seller counts or market columns.
- Amazon retail is shown as Amazon, never as a seller ID.
- Estimated columns are labelled Est., and the footer explains how they're worked out and their known limits. A row without enough data says insufficient signal.
- Each channel's sales column is in that channel's currency, with the currency code in the heading. The footer states the basis.
- The footer also lists when each source was last refreshed: orders, sessions and page views, offers, sales rank and the market estimate.
The spreadsheet stores every note and SKU as text, so nothing in it can run as a formula when the brand opens it.
After a report is sent
Downloads and the shared page of a sent report always show the version the brand received. Changing a note, the brand's settings or the data afterwards doesn't change them. To send corrected figures, regenerate the report and send the new version.
