FBA inventory health in the monthly report

A brand's monthly report can include FBA inventory health: how old the brand's stock at Amazon is, what that age is costing in storage surcharges, and which products are sitting still. Turn it on with FBA inventory health under Monthly sections on the brand's reporting settings. The section covers the brand's stock on the Amazon channels in the report.

Headline figures

FigureMeans
271–365 daysUnits that have been at Amazon for 271 to 365 days. This is the warning bucket: they start attracting the aged-inventory surcharge soon.
Over 365 daysUnits older than a year.
Projected surchargeWhat next month's aged-inventory surcharge is likely to be if nothing sells, using the same fee rules as the Inventory Aging workbench.
Surcharge chargedThe aged-inventory surcharge Amazon actually charged during the month, with its currency. A surcharge in a currency SKU.io has no exchange rate for is shown separately rather than added in.
Days of supplyHow many days the current stock lasts at the recent sales rate, from Amazon's restock data.
Stuck in ReservedUnits that have sat in Amazon's Reserved state (FC processing or transfer) for more than 14 days. It needs 15 days of SKU.io's daily snapshots before it can show a number.

Under the figures, chips break the stock down by age: 0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91–180, 181–270, 271–365 and 365+ days.

Slowest movers

The products holding the brand's oldest stock, worst first:

ColumnMeans
SKU, ProductThe product.
FBA unitsUnits at Amazon.
Oldest (days)Age of its oldest units.
Sold 90dUnits sold in the last 90 days.
ActionWhat you've decided to do about it in the Inventory Aging workbench, if anything.

A product that sells well but still holds units over 270 days old is included, so the units behind the surcharge are always named.

Slow stock not listed elsewhere

Products with FBA stock that sold nothing in the last 90 days and aren't listed on another channel in the report. Listing them there, for example on eBay fulfilled from your FBA stock, is often the quickest way to move them.

Click Inventory Aging workbench in the section's header to work through the brand's aged stock.
