Send plan grid columns and filters

This page lists everything on the Plan tab's grid, SKUs in this plan, under the names the screen uses. The grid shows one row per SKU and one column per fulfillment network, so you can read and change every network's send for a product on one line. To learn how to work the grid day to day, see Read the send plan. Every column header also has its own tooltip; hover the header (or the small question mark next to it) for a one-line definition.

Tabs and their badges

The Send Planner has five tabs. Three of them carry a count badge.

TabBadgeWhat the badge counts
PlanAmber numberSKUs in the working plan that have at least one flag to review. The tooltip reads "N SKUs in the working plan have exceptions to review".
ScenariosNumberActive (not archived) scenarios.
Send runsRed numberNetworks in the latest ready send run that are still waiting for approval.
Network rulesNone
HistoryNone

The counts refresh when you switch tabs and when a plan calculation or rebalance finishes in the job tray.

The search box (Search SKU, name, MSKU, ASIN, FNSKU, seller SKU...) matches any of these fields. Click into the box to see the list.

IDThe product's ID
SKUYour SKU
NameThe product name
Amazon MSKUThe seller SKU of the product's Amazon listing
ASINThe Amazon ASIN
FNSKUThe Amazon FNSKU
Walmart seller SKUThe seller SKU of the Walmart listing
TikTok seller SKUThe seller SKU of the TikTok Shop listing

Quick filters

The chips above the grid narrow it to one group of SKUs. Only one is active at a time. Each chip shows its count, taken from the plan's totals. Click the active chip again to show every SKU; its tooltip ends with "Click again to show every SKU."

ChipShows
AllEvery SKU the plan reviewed.
Has sendOnly SKUs sending at least one unit to some network.
ShortOnly SKUs where your warehouses don't hold enough stock to bring every network to its target.
ExceptionsOnly SKUs with a flag to review: a shortage, a stranded or ineligible listing, a capacity cut or similar. See Send Planner flags.
EditedOnly SKUs where someone changed a suggested send quantity.
Most urgent firstNot a filter but a sort: the SKU closest to running out at any selling network comes first (fewest days of cover today). AWD and other buffers don't count. While it's on, the chip turns red; click it again to go back to sorting by units to send, as its tooltip says. On a phone or tablet it's an item in the grid's menu that always reads Most urgent first. While it's on, it has a check mark and the subtitle On · tap again to sort by units to send.

Filters panel

Click the filter bar to open the panel. It's closed by default.

Network compared with Sends to

Both filters list the same networks. Network keeps every SKU listed there, including SKUs the plan sends nothing to. Sends to keeps only the SKUs that get units. When you open Draft shipments with either filter set, only the filtered networks are preselected; if both are set, Sends to wins.

Display and what-if toggles

Two toggles sit on their own line at the bottom of the panel. Neither one is a data filter.

ToggleOptionsWhat it does
Sales figuresAll channels, Excl. network (one button per selling network)Changes which sales the Analysis columns count (sold 30 to 180 days, monthly and daily average). Excl. leaves out the sales that network fulfilled itself, so you see your self-fulfilled demand. Display only: send quantities don't change. While a network is excluded, those sales columns can't be sorted, and an active sort on one falls back to Total send. Your browser remembers the choice; if that network is no longer in the plan, the toggle goes back to All channels.
When stock is shortProtect self-fulfilled orders, Favor networkProtect self-fulfilled orders keeps enough stock for the orders you ship from your own warehouses and sends only the rest. Favor lets that network use the stock kept for self-fulfilled demand too. It's a what-if preview (purple numbers) until you apply it; see Tune the plan. Disabled for scenarios and without Send Planner → Edit.

Advanced filters and AI filtering

The toolbar under the panel has Advanced filters, the column chooser, and a box where you can type a filter request in plain words. Advanced filters are grouped like this:

GroupFilters
ProductSKU, Name
Stock to shareOn hand at your warehouses, Kept for self-fulfilled orders, Stock to share
SendTotal need, Total send, Short, Left at source
AnalysisOne filter per Analysis column (see Analysis columns). ABC (A, B, C) and XYZ (X, Y, Z) are pick lists. Enter Sell-through as a fraction: 0.5 means 50%.
Network · networkOne group per network in the plan, for example FBA · on hand, FBA · inbound, FBA · reserved, FBA · sales/day, FBA · need, FBA · days of cover today and FBA · days of cover after.

The network groups follow the plan you have open, so they change when the plan's networks change.

Active filter chips and an empty grid

Every active filter shows as a removable chip above the grid: Search, Show (the quick filter), Network, Sends to, Brand, Type, Category, Restock alert, Supplier carries, Has marketplace rec. and Has network stock, plus one chip per advanced filter.

A Sending to chip can also appear when you arrive from a link that narrows the grid to one kind of network. Remove it like any other chip.

When nothing matches, the grid names every filter that's narrowing it, for example "No SKUs match show Short + brand Acme + 2 advanced filters.", and offers Clear filters. A plan with no SKUs at all says "No SKUs in this plan."

Clicking a summary signal on the Plan tab sets a quick filter and adds its Show: chip, such as Show: Short; close the chip, or click Filtered · show all on the signal, to clear it. While any filter is on, Save view reads Save as view, with a Reset link that clears the filters.

Saved views and pinned views work as they do on other tables; see Save and pin table views.

Columns

Pick columns with the column chooser in the toolbar; see Choose and freeze table columns. The checkbox and Product are frozen on the left, and Total send and the open arrow are frozen on the right. ID and Product always come first, whatever order you pick.

Stock to share

The header reads Stock to share with after self-fulfilled orders underneath. The cell shows:

  • N to share: what the networks share. That's stock on hand at your warehouses, plus kits you can build and any incoming supply you count, minus what's kept for self-fulfilled orders.
  • N on hand · N kept: the total before anything is kept back, and the part kept for self-fulfilled orders.
  • A stacked bar. Green is the stock kept for self-fulfilled orders, each network's color is what the plan sends there, and the empty part stays at your warehouses. Hover the bar for Where the N on hand go: Kept for self-fulfilled orders, one Send to network row per network that gets units, and Stays at your warehouses.

How the pool is built and shared is explained in How stock is shared between networks.

Network columns

Each network in the plan gets a column headed with a colored dot and its short name, such as AWD, WFS or FBT. When you plan two destinations of the same network, each column gets a name that tells them apart, such as Amazon FBA US when another FBA destination is named FBA (Amazon). Underneath is days of cover · units to send. Click the header to sort by days of cover today. The header tooltip gives the network's full name, target and floor, and the smallest send per SKU when the network has one.

A normal cell has three parts:

PartWhat it shows
Days of coverToday's cover, an arrow, then a pill with the cover after this send lands.
Cover barA bar from 0 to 90 days. See Cover bar.
Send boxThe units to send. Type a new number and leave the box to save it; see Change a send quantity.

Days of cover colors. Today's figure is red and bold below the floor, and amber below 85% of the target. The pill after the send is red for below floor, amber for below target (under 85% of it) and green for on target. A pill reading new means a first send to a new listing. 999+d means more than 999 days of cover, and — means the network has no sales to measure cover against.

Send box colors. A white box is the plan's own suggestion. An amber box means someone changed it. A purple box is a preview of tuning you haven't applied yet. A red box has an error.

What can appear under or beside the send box:

ElementMeaning
Lock iconStock for this send is allocated at the source. See Allocate stock for a send.
Amazon N or Walmart NWhat the marketplace itself suggests sending. Bold means the marketplace raised a restock alert. Click it to send that number instead.
+N supplierA supplier that ships straight to this network can cover N more units on a PO you draft separately. Once the PO exists, it reads PO number · N. See Order from suppliers that ship straight to a network.
Case note, for example "FBA ships whole cases of 12, so 37 became 36 (3 cases)."What you typed was rounded to whole cases. It opens below the box, over the rows beneath, and stays for 10 seconds, with links to where the case size comes from.
Minimum note, for example "FBT needs at least 10 units per SKU…"The network has a smallest send per SKU. It opens below the box, over the rows beneath. Enter 0 or at least the minimum.
Tag iconThe quantity was edited. Click it to add or change the reason. Filled amber means a reason is saved.
Reset iconReset to the plan's suggestion.
Balance iconRebalance the other networks around this quantity.

Typing anything other than a whole number shows Whole units only, and a negative number shows Must be 0 or more. Press Enter or leave the box to save. If the number isn't valid, Enter keeps you in the box with the error showing, so you can fix it. Press Esc to undo what you typed.

Cell states. Some cells show no send box:

Per-network detail columns

Each network has ten detail columns, named network · metric and grouped under network details in the column chooser. They're hidden by default. A network where the product isn't listed shows —.

ColumnWhat it shows
on handUnits the network can sell right now (FBA: fulfillable).
inboundUnits already on the way to the network: shipped, in transit or being received.
reservedUnits the network holds but can't sell yet (FBA reserved: transfers, orders being picked, processing).
sales/dayAverage units the network sells per day, as used for the plan.
marketplace days of supplyThe network's own days-of-supply figure, where the marketplace reports one (Amazon Restock, Walmart restock).
marketplace suggestsWhat the network itself suggests sending, next to the plan's number.
needUnits the network needs to reach its target after lead time, before sharing and rounding.
days of cover todayDays of sales the network holds today: units on hand at the network divided by sales per day. Stock on the way isn't counted.
days of cover afterDays of sales the network will hold once this send lands.
case packUnits per case. The icon beside it shows how typed quantities round: to the nearest whole case, down, up, or not at all. — means no case pack.

Analysis columns

All hidden by default, under Analysis in the column chooser.

ColumnWhat it shows
ABCABC class by trailing 180-day revenue across your catalog: A is the top 80% of revenue, B the next 15%, C the rest.
XYZDemand variability: X is steady, Y variable, Z erratic or sporadic.
Trend30-day against 90-day daily sales rate. An up or down arrow appears beyond ±20%; hidden for very low-volume SKUs.
Sell-throughUnits sold in 180 days divided by units sold plus units on hand everywhere. Higher means stock converts faster.
Sold 30d, Sold 60d, Sold 90d, Sold 180dUnits sold in that many days. Amazon uses 90-day sell-through for your IPI score. Follows the Sales figures toggle.
Monthly avg180-day sales divided by 6. Follows the Sales figures toggle.
Daily avg30-day sales divided by 30. Follows the Sales figures toggle.
Gross marginRevenue minus cost of goods, divided by revenue, over 180 days.
Avg costAverage landed cost per unit. The selection bar multiplies it by the units to send.
Stock valueEverything on hand, at your warehouses and every network, at average cost.
OverstockUnits at or inbound to the networks beyond their target plus lead time of cover at today's sales: the storage-fee risk.
TurnoverAnnualised: 180-day units sold × 2, divided by units on hand. Higher is faster-moving.
Reorder pointUnits the networks should hold before the next send: sales per day × (lead time + floor days), added up across networks.

Flags

The Flags column shows the most serious flag on the SKU, then +N for the rest; hover +N to list them all. Flags about one network carry its short name, such as FBT Stocks out first. A — means nothing to review. Each flag is explained in Send Planner flags.

How to read this table

How to read this table, above the grid on the right, opens a short guide; Hide guide closes it. It's closed by default, and your browser remembers the choice. It explains Stock to share, Days of cover (with the below floor, below target and on target pills), the Cover bar, Units to send (white, amber and purple boxes), the Marketplace's own number and the ABC class.
