Send plan export columns

The send plan export has one row per SKU and network, in the 22 columns below, in this order. Excel (.xlsx) and CSV (.csv) files have the same columns; the Excel sheet is named Send plan #N after the plan. To download the file, see Export a send plan.

What the file covers

  • The whole saved plan. Grid filters, saved views, the selection and an unapplied tuning preview don't narrow or change it.
  • One row per SKU and network. A SKU planned for four networks has four rows, including networks where it isn't listed.
  • On-screen words. The Network, Status and Flags columns use the same names as the screen, such as Amazon FBA, Not listed and Stocks out first.
  • Numbers stay numbers. Quantities and days are written as plain numbers, so you can sum and sort them. Text cells, such as product names, are always stored as text.
  • Accented characters. CSV files start with a byte-order mark, so Excel opens product names with accents correctly.
  • There is no import. You can't edit the file and upload it back. Change quantities on the grid instead; see Change a send quantity.

16Days of cover afterDays of sales the network will hold once the Final quantity lands, counting on hand, inbound and open drafts too. An edited send shows the cover after your edit, the same as the grid's pill. The network has no sales to measure against.
17Marketplace suggestsWhat the marketplace itself suggests sending, such as Amazon Restock. The marketplace gave no suggestion.
18FlagsThe flags on this network's send, separated by semicolons, for example Stocks out first; Differs from network. See the flag list. The send has no flags.
19On hand at your warehouses (per product)Stock on hand at your warehouses for the whole SKU.Every row of the SKU except its first.
20Kept for self-fulfilled orders (per product)Units kept back for self-fulfilled orders.Every row of the SKU except its first.
21Stock to share (per product)Units the networks share, the grid's Stock to share.Every row of the SKU except its first.
22Short (per product)Units the SKU is short of bringing every network to target.Every row of the SKU except its first.

The per-product columns

Columns 19 to 22 describe the SKU's whole pool, not one network. That's why their headers end in (per product) and why each SKU fills them in only once, on its first row. Its other network rows leave them blank. This keeps the totals right: summing these columns down the file counts each SKU once.

If you sort or filter the file, the filled row can end up apart from the SKU's other rows. To total these columns for some networks only, look the values up by SKU rather than adding the rows you see.

Flags column values

The Flags column holds network flags only. Flags about the whole SKU (Short, Below floor, Needs kit build and All protected) aren't repeated on every row; use the Short (per product) column for the shortage instead.

Value in the fileMeaning
StrandedThe listing can't sell the units at the network.
IneligibleThe network won't take the product.
Stocks out firstThe network runs out before this send can arrive.
Capacity capThe send was capped or cut to fit the network's capacity.
Source-limitedThe warehouses allowed to ship here don't have enough.
New listingA first send to a listing with no sales yet.
Stale dataPlanned with Plan anyway on out-of-date network stock.
BlackoutThe send would arrive during a receiving blackout.
Differs from networkFar from the marketplace's own suggestion.
Below one caseThe need is less than one case, so it rounds to nothing.
Expires too soonSome lots lack the shelf life the network needs.
Over N per boxThe case holds more units than the network accepts in one box. N is that network's own limit, such as Over 150 per box for Amazon FBA. Over box limit when the limit isn't known.
Carton too bigThe carton is heavier or longer than the network accepts.
No case labelThe network needs an ITF-14 case label the product doesn't have.
Supplier can shipA supplier that ships straight to the network can cover what your warehouses can't.
Uses protected stockAn edit takes units kept for self-fulfilled orders.
