Send Planner statuses

The Send Planner tracks five kinds of status. This page lists each one under its on-screen name and says what moves it on.

Status of…Tells youWhere you see it
Send progressHow far one SKU's send to one network has got: planned, allocated, drafted or skippedThe Why these numbers drawer, the grid's lock icon and Drafted chip
A listing at a networkWhether the network can take the product at allThe grid's network cells, the drawer, the Status column of the export
A shipment draftWhat happened when a draft was created in a networkShipments and Review AI plan
A planWhether a working plan, scenario or send run has finished calculating, and whether it's still currentScenarios and History

Send progress

Each SKU's send to each network moves through these states. The Why these numbers drawer shows a chip on the network's card once the send has moved past the first one.

StateChip in the drawerWhat it meansWhat you can do
PlannedNoneThe plan's number (or your edit). Nothing is set aside yet.Edit the quantity, allocate stock, or draft it.
AllocatedAllocatedStock for this send is allocated at the source. The grid shows a lock icon beside the send box, and the units appear under Inventory → Allocations.Edit it, draft it, or use Release allocations to make the stock free again. Releasing takes the send back to planned.
DraftedDraftedThe send is in a shipment draft at the network. The grid shows a Drafted chip on the product. A send split across two warehouses counts as drafted as soon as the first draft succeeds. The send box is locked with "Already drafted — change it in the network's draft". Change the quantity in the network's own draft.
SkippedSkippedA send run skipped this line. A skipped line doesn't count as sent. The send box is locked with "Skipped in the send run".

Allocating isn't a stock hold: it doesn't put units On Hold or create anything under Inventory → Stock Holds. See Allocate stock for a send.

A listing at a network

This status says whether the network can take the product. It shows in the network's cell on the grid and in the Status column of the export.

StatusIn the exportOn the gridWhat it meansCan you edit the send?
ListedListedThe normal cell: cover and a send boxThe product is listed and can sell.Yes
New listingNew listingThe cover pill reads newThe listing has no sales yet, so it gets a first send. Flagged New listing.Yes
StrandedStrandedCover, and a greyed-out box with the reasonThe network holds units but the listing can't sell them. Nothing is sent until the listing is active again. No
IneligibleIneligibleAn ineligible chip; hover it for the reasonThe network won't take the product. No
Not listedNot listednot listedThe product has no listing at this network. No

When a listing is stranded or ineligible, the drawer shows a warning such as "FBA: … Nothing is sent there until the listing is active again." with a button to open the listing. A stranded or ineligible network's share goes back to the pool for the other networks, and stranded stock isn't counted as cover.

Reasons by network

NetworkStatusReason shown
Amazon FBAStranded"N units stranded at FBA: seller SKU is suppressed or inactive on Amazon" or "… has no active FBA offer", then "Fix the listing before sending more." Only when no listing of the product can sell and units sit at Amazon; otherwise the product is planned normally.
Amazon AWDStrandedThe FBA listing it feeds is stranded, so AWD is left out too.
Amazon AWDIneligible"Not AWD-sortable: … exceeds 20 lb." or "… exceeds 18 × 14 × 8 in."
Walmart WFSNot listed"No Walmart listing for this product on this integration." or "Seller-fulfilled on Walmart — not converted to WFS yet." A product that qualifies as a WFS candidate gets that note added.
Walmart WFSStranded"Walmart item is retired.", "Walmart item is archived." or "Walmart listing is status.", then "Fix the listing before sending more." This applies when WFS still holds units.
Walmart WFSIneligibleThe same retired, archived or unpublished reasons when WFS holds no units, or "No GTIN/UPC on the Walmart listing — a WFS inbound needs one."
TikTok FBTNot listed"SKU is not listed on TikTok Shop" or "SKU goods not matched in FBT Goods".
Any networkIneligible"Excluded from this network in Network rules", when you excluded it under Product overrides.
Any networkNot listed"Not listed on network".

A shipment draft

When you create shipment drafts, each network and ship-from warehouse becomes one row under Shipments (the list opens as Shipments from this plan). Review AI plan uses the same labels.

StatusWhat it meansWhat to do
Creating…The draft is being created in the network.Wait; it's tracked in the job tray.
Draft createdThe draft exists in the network. The row links to it: an FBA draft inbound plan, a WFS inbound shipment draft, an FBT inbound plan, or a draft warehouse transfer. An AWD draft opens in Seller Central, where you confirm it. The row can add · stock allocated or · added to an existing plan.Finish and submit it in the network. Nothing is sent until you do.
Short at sourceThe draft failed because the warehouse has less stock than the plan assumed. Each short SKU shows what's available now and what the plan assumed.Draft available quantity or Draft without allocating.
FailedThe network refused the draft, or the job stopped before reaching it ("Cancelled before this group was drafted. Retry to create it."). The row shows the error and what to do next, such as "Retry, or create it on the Warehouse Transfers page."Retry, or create the inbound where the message says.
Enter manuallyThe network couldn't take the draft automatically, so you enter it yourself (today, AWD). The row says "Enter this send in Seller Central from the SKU list", and the stock stays allocated until then.Download the SKU list and enter the send.
Deleted in networkThe draft was deleted, discarded or cancelled in the network's own screens. Its units are back in the plan and can be drafted again.Draft them again if you still want to send.

A row can also say "N SKUs were left out of this draft and stay in the plan", with each reason, for example a SKU under TikTok's 10-unit minimum. The rest of the draft was created. See Follow up on shipment drafts.

A plan

Working plans, scenarios and send runs all use these statuses. You see them as chips in the Scenarios and History lists, which also show the plan's type as a chip: Working plan, Scenario or Send run. The Type filter uses the same names.

StatusWhat it means
CalculatingThe plan is being worked out. Follow it in the job tray.
ReadyThe calculation finished. The newest ready working plan is the one on the Plan tab.
FailedThe calculation didn't finish. Hover the chip (or read the red text on a phone card) to see why. Common reasons: "Network stock is out of date (network: …). Refresh it, or plan anyway.", "Cancelled" when it was cancelled from the job tray, an error, or a calculation that ran longer than 30 minutes.
SupersededA newer plan of the same kind finished and replaced it: a newer working plan, or, for a send run, a newer run. Its allocations are released, except stock already kept for a draft, such as an AWD or manual send. A superseded send run shows Replaced on the Send runs tab.
ArchivedSomeone archived it, or it was an old scenario cleaned up automatically.

The Status filter offers Ready, Calculating, Failed and Superseded. Archived plans are under the Active / Archived / All toggle instead.

Any plan that was calculated can still be opened. The current working plan and ready scenarios open on the Plan tab; anything else opens as a read-only snapshot.

Archiving and unarchiving. Archiving the current working plan leaves the Plan tab empty until you recalculate and releases every allocation it placed; the confirmation says so. To bring a plan back, use Unarchive in History. It returns as Ready, or as Superseded if a newer working plan was calculated since, or Failed if it never finished. Its allocations aren't placed again. See Archive plans and review history.

A send run

The chip next to the send run's title on the Send runs tab:

StatusWhat it means
CalculatingThe run is being worked out.
FailedThe run didn't finish.
In reviewThe run is ready, but not every network with units to send is approved yet.
ApprovedEvery network with units to send is approved at its current quantity.
ReplacedA newer run, started or recalculated later, replaced this one. It's read-only, and the stock it allocated for lines not on a draft yet was released. In History it's Superseded.
DiscardedThe run was discarded. It's read-only, and the stock it allocated was released; drafts already created stay in each network. Discarded runs are under Archived in History.
