Customer Portal: Dropship on the portal
For retailers on the Customer Portal
These pages are for retailers who send orders through their supplier's Customer Portal. If you run SKU.io yourself and want one of your own suppliers to ship an order for you, see Create a dropship request.
These pages are written for retailers: businesses that buy from a supplier on the Customer Portal and sell online. With dropship turned on, you (the retailer) send each of your customer's orders to your supplier, and your supplier ships it straight to your customer, with your brand on the packing slip and no prices. You work from the Dropship item in the portal's menu.
Suppliers: you can send these pages to your retailers as they are.
