Customer Portal: Dropship for retailers
Not supplier dropship
These pages are about shipping your retailers' orders to their customers. If your supplier ships orders for you, see Create a dropship request.
Some of your wholesale customers are retailers who sell online but don't hold stock. With dropship for retailers, a retailer sends you each of its customers' orders, and you pick, pack and ship the order straight to that customer. The parcel goes out blind: the packing slip carries the retailer's brand, never yours, and no prices. You set this up per portal account on its Dropship tab, and on screen these orders are marked Dropship for customer.
