Export repairs
The Repairs list's Export turns any slice of your repairs — the rows you've ticked, or everything your current filters match — into a CSV with one row per repair.
Before you begin
- You need to be able to view repairs (the same access that lets you open the list at all).
- Tick at least one row first. Export lives in the bulk action bar, which appears only once a repair is selected — even when you then switch the scope to All Filtered.
1. Select your rows and choose a scope
Go to Orders → Repairs → List, and tick the checkbox beside each repair you want. Once anything is selected, the dashed hint above the list ("Tick repairs to assign, move, send to a vendor, print tags, email, close or export several at once.") turns into the bulk action bar, without moving the rows, and its scope toggle controls what Export actually sends:
- Selected Only (N) — exactly the rows you ticked.
- All Filtered (total) — every repair matching the list's current search and filters, including rows you haven't scrolled to. This ignores the tick marks entirely, so it's the fastest way to export an entire filtered list in one pass.
A Selected Only export is capped at 10,000 ticked rows; All Filtered has no such cap, since it resolves the matching repairs on the server rather than sending every id from your browser.
2. Click Export
Click Export in the bulk action bar.
- 1,000 repairs or fewer — the CSV downloads immediately as
repairs.csv, and an "Export downloaded" message confirms it. - More than 1,000 — the export runs as a background job instead, with "Export started — track progress in the job tray." See Follow a job in the job tray. The finished file downloads from there, with exactly the same columns as an immediate export.
The downloaded filename is always repairs.csv (your browser adds "(1)", "(2)", and so on for a repeat download in the same session) — it doesn't carry a timestamp, so if you export twice, check your downloads folder's own timestamps to tell them apart.

Every date and time is converted from UTC to your tenant's timezone before export, matching what you see on screen. The file is written UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, so it opens correctly in Excel. If any field — a customer name, a note — happens to start with =, +, -, or @, SKU.io adds a leading apostrophe so a spreadsheet treats it as text instead of trying to run it as a formula.

To export repairs, open Orders in the left sidebar, then Repairs, then the List page. Every row on this screen shows the coverage, the current stage, and the overall status. Tick the checkbox beside each repair you want in the export file. The hint above the list turns into a bulk action bar. Selected Only exports just the rows you ticked, and nothing else. All Filtered takes every repair matching your current search and filters. When the scope is right, click Export in the bulk action bar. Up to a thousand repairs download straight away as one file. Larger exports run in the background and finish in the job tray.
