Returns (RMAs & Sales Credits): Set up

Set these up before your dock starts receiving returns. Disposition policies decide whether each returned unit is restocked, discarded, or moved to a blemished SKU by default. Returns settings cover the fallback warehouse, blind receiving, your return reasons, and which warehouses stay out of demand planning.
