Exemption Certificates

A tax-exempt customer's orders are created without tax only where an approved certificate covers the state the order ships to. Each customer's Tax Exemption tab shows their certificates and which of your registered states they cover, and Contacts → Exemption Certificates lists every certificate across all your customers, so you can renew the ones running out before tax starts applying again.
