See and reorder stock by size and colour

For a style sold in sizes and colours, the product page shows its stock as a grid, one row per colour and one column per size. Tick the gaps and reorder them in one step.

Before you begin​

  • The product is a style (matrix product) whose variants have size and colour attributes.
  • Reordering needs permission to create purchase orders.

Steps​

  1. Go to PIM → Products and open the style.
  2. Scroll to Stock by Size & Color. Each cell is the on-hand stock of one variant, with totals for each colour, each size and the whole style.
  3. To see one location, pick it from the warehouse list (it shows All warehouses by default).
  4. Hover a cell to see available and allocated stock. Click it to open that variant.
  5. Tick the cells, a colour row or a size column to reorder. Or click Reorder all.
  6. In the reorder window, check the lines grouped by supplier. Suggested quantities cover demand through the lead time; lines already covered say Covered.
  7. Change quantities or remove lines, choose Ship to, and click Create 1 draft PO (the button counts the purchase orders, one per supplier).
